400 Volt distribution systems

These Distribution Boards of over 25years old were replaced with New MCB Distribution Systems.

The existing Systems contained Asbestos which were disposed of by the client.

The new systems were installed over one weekend which were ready for production on the Monday morning.

New Heavy Duty Swithchgear

The installation required a New 2500Amp Distribution Switchgear for the addition of new Production Lines. This incorporated installation of a new 11kvolt Transformer and termination of 11kvolt Cabling.

New Heavy Duty Containment

New 1200mm Ladder Racking was installed over a 100 metre run for the installation of New Sub-Mains Cabling.

 New 400Amp Sub-Mains cabling was installed over the 100 metre runs to supply the new Switchgear and machines
